What do I need to do to return a purchase to you for a refund?
You will find this information on our Policies Page under the heading "Return Policy." Also see our "Damaged Goods Policy." If you don't find what you're looking for in regards to our return policy, please send us an Email or give us a call. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
How soon after I order does my item ship?
If the item you've ordered is in stock in our inventory, we will usually ship within 48 hours but in any case your item will be shipped no later than 5 days from the date of your order. Exceptions would be if part of your order is out of stock or back ordered. Please see our "Backorder Policy." The out of stock item will be shipped to you promptly when it is returned to stock. In such an instance, we will keep you informed regarding the status of your order and will let you know as soon as it ships. We will also send you the tracking number so you will know when to expect your package. For more information, please refer to our Policies Page under the heading "Shipping Policies."
How do you decide which child receives a free rocking horse?
I believe you are referring to the Rocking Horse Haven Daydreamer's Fund. A portion of each rocking horse sale goes into this fund. Rocking Horse Haven gives this horse, free of charge, to a child at risk. At present, Rocking Horse Haven chooses children within Washington State and chooses that child on a case by case basis. Input from our customers is always welcome. We also welcome photo submissions from you of your rider, to post in our upcoming Rider Photo Gallery. Thank you for helping us help children less fortunate. We appreciate it very much.
How do you ship and what are your charges?
Rocking Horse Haven's shipping rates are based on the value of your purchase. Please see our shipping chart on the Policies Page under "Shipping Policies." Depending on what "ship to" address you give us, we will decide which shipping method to use: United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or Federal Express. You may request expedited shipping such as overnight, second day air, etc. When you make a purchase on line, note the "comments" box at checkout and simply write within that box, anything we will need to know in order to process your order just the way you want it. Also feel free to email us at custserv@rockinghorsehaven.com with questions or comments about our SHIPPING POLICIES as well as any other data that might impact your order. In the hurry to open the rocking horse box, the assembly instructions were lost. Can you send me another copy?
We would be happy to do so. If you wish to receive it by postal mail, just drop us an Email with your name, mailing address and item number, and we'll get it right out to you.
