SHIPPING EXEMPTIONS FOR WALLA WALLA OR COLLEGE PLACE RESIDENTS - If you reside in Walla Walla or College Place, you WILL NOT be charged shipping on in-stock items if the items are picked up or delivered locally. If you list a "ship to" address other than College Place or Walla Walla, SHIPPING CHARGES will apply and we will gladly ship the package for you to your designated recipient.

However, if a purchased item is both out-of-stock AND an "oversize" item, shipping charges will then apply. Local pickup or free delivery can be arranged at your convenience. When you make a purchase and proceed to checkout, a charge for shipping will not be added to your order if your "ship to" zip code is either 99362 or 99324. After you've completed your transaction, we will contact you either by phone or email to arrange for pickup or delivery. Our pickup location is within the city limits of Walla Walla. FOR "STANDARD SIZE" PRODUCTS - We define these products as ones which qualify for regular ground shipping as determined by the United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. Standard size products are shipped to you promptly and your shipping charge is based on the amount of your order as shown in our shipping chart below. We do our very best to keep these charges as low as possible and we believe our customers will be happy to know the exact shipping amount they will be charged, upon checkout.

FOR "OVERSIZE" PRODUCTS - some ( but not all ) rocking horses MUST SHIP as an oversize parcel. An oversize item exceeds the measurements of a standard ground item, as defined by the United Parcel Service and other delivery companies. Our shipping charges for oversize parcels, range from $ 24.95 to $ 49.95 per horse. Rocking Horse Haven is passing on only a portion of the shipping fee to you, our customer. We cover the additional shipping, as most oversize rocking horses cost considerably more than $ 49.95 to ship.

The oversize shipping fee applies to rocking horses and stuffed horses made by the following manufacturers: Levels of Discovery, Melissa & Doug, Sevi, Trudi, Nic, and Ponyland. Please look for each oversize item's particular shipping charge in the "product details" section of the product page. Rocking horses made by other manufacturers, such as Kidkraft, ship as standard size products and our shipping chart rate table (see below) applies to these horses.

The above charges apply to standard size products only : not to oversize items. They also do not include additional shipping costs which would apply, if you should request a more expedited shipping method.

Most rocking horses ( but not all ) must ship as oversize parcels. Any rocking horses which meet this criteria will be so designated along with the applicable shipping charge on each product's individual product page. You will find this data in the "product details" section.

If you are outside of the continental U.S. or if you would like expedited shipping, please make note of your request in the "comments" box at checkout. Before your order is processed, we will contact you by phone with the shipping fee as per your particular "shipping type" request. Your order will not be shipped until we have your approval on the freight amount we quote. If you should choose to cancel your order, we will issue you a credit for your purchase amount on the same day. Thank you.

Any items not in stock or back ordered will be shipped as soon as they have been replenished in our inventory.

ROCKING HORSE HAVEN wants you to be a happy internet shopper. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products and wish to RETURN your purchase, please call us or Email, for a return merchandise authorization number. We will gladly accept your returned product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Once the product is received by us, you will be issued a credit for your purchase, less any original shipping costs and sales tax (if applicable). Any return shipping costs to Rocking Horse Haven.com shall be the customer's responsibility.

ROCKING HORSE HAVEN always strives to have all products in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, that is not always possible due to other variables related to our suppliers and shippers. If the product you want is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You can then make a decision as to the course of action you wish to take. All items on BACKORDER will be shipped out as soon as they arrive.

PLEASE OPEN ALL PACKAGES right away after receipt and examine the item(s) for product damage, shipping damage and/or malfunction. We require notification of such damage from you, within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Simply call or send us an Email and we will replace the product immediately.

Warranties on our products will vary depending on the manufacturer. The products manufactured by Rocking Horse Haven .com are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers normal wear and tear when the product is used as intended, for child's play, and covers product failure or product malfunction. For example, if the feed bag straps do not fasten properly, this would qualify as a product function defect. This warranty does not cover damage done to the product as a result of tampering with the original product design or damage resulting from a deliberate act. We try to fully understand each situation as it occurs, regarding DAMAGED GOODS. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you feel you have a warranty issue. Thank you.
